“First of all, he listened! He looked at Dr. Amati’s operation report. He asked me questions and took X-rays of my shoulder. He said that after he saw the X-rays, he would tell me what he would tell he would tell his own mother. He saw the X-rays and told me that I had no arthritis in the joint and said that he wouldn't do anything since I had no pain. He said right now I had zero risks and that there was a risk with surgery. He also said if I developed pain to come back and we would have a different conversation. I so appreciated the time and care he took of us! I would definitely see him again!”
