Trevor R. Mordhorst, M.D.

Born and raised in Wyoming, Dr. Trevor Mordhorst is a board-certified, fellowship-trained physiatrist specializing in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine. He provides nonsurgical care for patients experiencing spine and musculoskeletal pain, nerve-related symptoms, joint discomfort, and limitations in movement or function. Dr. Mordhorst combines advanced diagnostic expertise with minimally invasive procedures to develop treatment plans based on each patient’s individual goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Dr. Mordhorst earned his Bachelor of Science degree in physiology from the University of Wyoming before completing a Master of Science degree in pharmacology at Tulane University. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and then completed a transitional year internship at Spokane Teaching Health Center. Dr. Mordhorst went on to complete his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Providence St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Medical Center, where he served as chief resident, followed by an interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dedicated to restoring function and improving quality of life, Dr. Mordhorst offers advanced diagnostic and interventional care for conditions affecting the cervical, lumbar, and sacral spine, sacroiliac joint, peripheral nerves, tendons, and major joints. His treatments and procedures include:

Outside of his practice, Dr. Mordhorst enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoys playing volleyball, running, strength training, hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, reading, and watching sporting events.
