Operating Room Nurse Supervisor:  Wyoming Surgical Center, located in Casper, Wyoming, is a progressive eight orthopedic-surgeon facility specializing in out-patient surgeries and pain management. Congruent with our corporate succession plan, WSC is seeking an Operating Room Nurse Supervisor.

The OR Nurse Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who is responsible and accountable for the coordination of all facility activities and daily operations. This position encompasses all aspects of perioperative services, including the O.R., PACU, Pain Management, Radiology, Sterile Processing, and Materials Management. At WSC, experienced surgeons and nurses use the latest technology to deliver high-quality surgical care. Comfortable and well-equipped, WSCs minimally invasive 2-room surgical suites allow our staff to employ advanced techniques. Using the latest surgical navigation technology in our state-of-the-art operating rooms, WSC surgical specialists perform a vast array of orthopedic surgeries.

A Current Wyoming RN License required, Bachelor’s degree prefered. Related experience required, CNOR preferred. Previous leadership experience desirable. Must be skilled in developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships, leading and motivating others, problem-solving and customer service.

Front Desk: (Casper Orthopedics): The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer service, preferably in the health care field. This position is the face of Casper Orthopedics and greets all incoming patients and visitors. This position collects personal demographics and medical health insurance information from patients. Detail, confidentiality, and the ability to multi-task are essential traits of the successful candidate.  The position does require flexibility in work hours and willingness to work within a team atmosphere

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA): Casper Orthopedics is currently looking for a full time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in our Therapy Department. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist the Physical Therapist in determining the patient’s abilities and limitations to establish the appropriate physical therapy treatment. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, the PTA assists in delivering the treatment plan that has been created by the Physical Therapist.

Current Wyoming PTA License and current CPR/BLS certification is required.
