Fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine specialist Dr. Brent Fowler joined the team of specialty-trained doctors at Casper Orthopedics on Aug. 1. Providing nonsurgical care for bone, joint and muscle injuries and conditions, Dr. Fowler will be available to see patients at the practice’s main office, located at 4140 Centennial Hills Blvd. Patients in need of specialized sports medicine and musculoskeletal care are encouraged to call 307-265-7205 to schedule an appointment.
With advanced fellowship training in primary care sports medicine, Dr. Fowler provides specialized care for orthopedic and sports-related injuries and conditions using nonsurgical treatment options. With a background in football, basketball, track and field, tennis and golf, he will bring a unique perspective to his practice. Dr. Fowler is driven by the desire to play a pivotal role in athletes' recoveries, utilizing his skills to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those he serves, thereby fostering a healthier and more resilient community. Dr. Fowler earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. Following that, he completed his residency training in family medicine at Wyoming Family Practice in Casper. Dr. Fowler then committed to an additional year of training undergoing a fellowship training in primary sports care medicine at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System in San Antonio.
